Challenge:
LloydsPharmacy developed an incredible alternative for patients who’s lives would otherwise be constantly interrupted by hospital visits…LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. The only issue was that the truly life changing work wasn’t being marketed effectively.

Our response:
Working closely with Marketing Strategists at The Value Engineers we produced four short case study films that really capture the positive effect LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare has on a patient’s life. In order to show the true impact that the service has on it’s patients we titled each film as a story. These stories focused-in on individual patients and aimed to really bring their experiences to life.

LloydsPharmacy expanded their offering to patients in need of special care and trailed Healthcare Centres across the country. With an aim to build relationships with medical trusts and advertise the service; LloydsPharmacy once again reached out to The Value Engineers to help them drive change.

Our response:
Working closely with Marketing Strategists at The Value Engineers we produced a range of bespoke films. Two films to attract the attention of patients who may be in the market for this service and another film tailored to communicating the benefits of the service to medical trusts. We worked with TVE to tell the stories of patients who were already enjoying the new healthcare centre.
